Qualifications

• Draft and respond to legal notices within defined TAT.
• Handle grievance-related legal matters, documentation, refunds, and settlements.
• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and compliance checks.
• Provide litigation support to company counsel for civil and criminal matters.
• Coordinate with courts, police stations, and government authorities.
• Track legal notices, cases, deadlines, and escalations.
• Identify legal risks and support timely resolution of disputes.
• Assist with employment/labour law matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective grievance and legal matter resolution.
