Credit Executive Bank CMA Data & Loan Proposals

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finansh is looking for a hands‑on Credit Executive whose primary responsibility will be preparing complete bank CMA data and supporting MSME and business‑loan proposals.

Practical experience in preparing CMA data is mandatory.

This position is not intended for candidates who have only collected CMA inputs, filled limited schedules or worked exclusively in accounting, GST or TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete bank CMA data from audited and provisional financial statements, trial balances and management assumptions.
• Prepare and validate historical, estimated and projected financial statements, operating statements, balance‑sheet analysis, fund flow, cash flow, ratio analysis and working‑capital assessment.
• Prepare lender‑specific financial information and assist the senior credit team with credit proposals, appraisal notes and financial write‑ups.
• Compile and quality‑check loan files, maintain lender‑query trackers and coordinate information with clients, CAs and lenders.
• Visit bank branches and client offices in Pune for proposal submission, documentation, compliance, query resolution and execution support.
• Assist with renewals, enhancements, post‑sanction documentation and recurring banking compliance for selected clients.
• Maintain Finanshs limited internal accounts in Tally Prime, including routine voucher posting, ledger scrutiny and bank reconciliation. This ordinarily requires only about two working days per month.

Mandatory Requirements:

• B.Com with 1–3 years of relevant practical experience. M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter or similar qualifications will be preferred.
• Hands‑on experience independently preparing complete bank CMA data—not merely assisting with data collection.
• Sound understanding of accounting, financial statements, projections, financial ratios and working‑capital finance.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Practical ability to maintain accounts in Tally Prime.
• Ability to understand documents, identify inconsistencies and follow through on pending information.
• Good written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable working from our Baner office and travelling locally to bank branches and client offices.

Relevant experience may have been gained in a CA firm, credit consultancy, debt‑advisory firm, bank/NBFC credit team or the finance department of an MSME borrower.

Candidates whose experience is limited to bookkeeping, GST/TDS filings or general accounting, without hands‑on CMA preparation, may not be suitable for this position.

The selection process will include a practical CMA‑data exercise.
