Job summary

Finac in Kota seeks a Junior Accountant to support senior accountants with daily accounting tasks, data entry, bookkeeping and financial reporting, with regular client visits to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting and taxation and has 1-2 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting and Taxation.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting (as indicated by Experience field).
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Assist with preparing tax returns and other compliance documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
