Job description

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment, including operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing production equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor product quality to identify and discard or re-manufacture faulty items.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience as an experienced para‑professional (S2) or equivalent in manufacturing production roles.
• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools; vocational or technical education preferred.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and interpret standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain and interpret information.
