Role Overview

You will assist in generating leads, qualifying prospects, running outreach campaigns, and supporting sales managers in closing deals for AI agent-based services. Your work will directly contribute to SMB adoption and marketplace expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Identify SMB prospects across industries (retail, education, healthcare, services).
    • Run cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns (with AI Sales Agents support).
  • Sales Support
    • Qualify inbound leads and set up demos for Sales Managers.
    • Prepare sales decks, case studies, and assist in proposal drafting.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up with prospects.
    • Build relationships with SMB decision-makers (owners, managers, IT heads).
  • Pipeline Management
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and update dashboards.
    • Track progress of AI Agent adoption pilots and subscriptions.
  • Market Research
    • Gather insights on SMB adoption trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales / business development (preferably tech or SaaS).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi).
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and SMB digital transformation.
  • Comfort with outreach tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email automation).
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, target-oriented.
Preferred Attributes
  • Prior exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or AI/automation sales is a plus.
  • Quick learner, willing to grow into full-cycle sales.
  • Team player with a startup mindset adaptable, resourceful, and resilient.
