Overview

Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning has punctual in documentation. The role involves handling documents, online applications, queries, MIS updates, and liaison activities related to DISCOM and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Jr. Project Executive - Liasoning will be responsible for collect documents and completion photo from the execution Team.
• Jr. Project Executive -Liasoning will be responsible for new online Application.
• Jr. Project Executive -Liasoning will be responsible for solve online or offline queries.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for maintain required sheet or update sheet in MIS.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for submit online or offline application in Discom.
• Jr. Project Executive Liasoning will be responsible for submit client agreement to DISCOM.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for Maintain sheet for estimate and send sheet to Account department for pay Estimate.
• Jr. Project Executive -Liasoning will be responsible for submit self certificate to DISCOM and follow up for self certificate For Solar Meter Installation.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for structure certificate and follow up for structure certificate.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for collect Bi-directional meter documents from the DISCOM after the successful installation.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for complete the subsidy file after the successful project completion.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for submit the online submission of all Required Documents.
• Jr. Project Executive -Liasoning will be responsible for submit the subsidy file in Discom after the successful installation.
• Jr. Project Executive -Liasoning will be responsible for submit the documents for approvals like CEI approvals.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning to utilise available tender platform to generate business through tender etc.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning will be responsible for all stages of tender submission to successful execution.
• Jr. Project Executive -Liasoning will be responsible for solve the queries on portal and Discom.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning needs to take follow ups of required documents.
• Jr. Project Executive- Liasoning needs to maintain good relation with dealers, Engineers and staff.
