Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain OT infrastructure products, with a focus on secure file transfer.
• Support PRTG monitoring, Acronis backup, and related tools globally.
• Manage workflows, access permissions, automation workflows and operational logs.
• Troubleshoot failed logs, connectivity, permission errors, scheduling and server-side issues.
• Ensure security, audit and change management alignment.
• Build and maintain Windows and Linux OT servers.
• Perform OS installation, hardening, patching, tuning and capacity checks.
• Maintain server availability, services, certificates, scheduled tasks, and local security.
• Support VMware/Hyper-V environments and network connectivity for OT tools.
• Coordinate firewall rules, routing, VPN, RDP/SSH connectivity.
• Promote documentation and governance.

Job description
