Integs Cloud Technologies Private Limited seeks a Jr. Implementation Associate – NetSuite to join our ERP team in Pune. The role targets candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on NetSuite experience who want to grow in NetSuite consulting and implementations.

You will work with senior consultants, project managers, developers, and clients to support NetSuite implementations, enhancements, testing, documentation, and post-go-live support. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on NetSuite experience in implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes: O2C, P2P, R2R, inventory, AP/AR, and SCM.
• Experience with NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, and workflows.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a consulting team; willing to participate in client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end NetSuite implementations with senior consultants.
• Assist in mapping business requirements to NetSuite configurations.
• Configure NetSuite modules and data migration activities.
• Prepare BRD/FRD, test scripts, and user guides.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; provide status updates.

We are looking for a Jr. Implementation Associate – NetSuite to join our ERP implementation team. The role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands‑on NetSuite experience who wants to build a career in NetSuite consulting and implementation.

You will work closely with senior functional consultants, project managers, developers, and clients to support NetSuite implementations, enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and post-go-live support .

The candidate should have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into practical NetSuite configurations.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Implementation

• Support senior consultants in end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
• Understand business requirements and assist in mapping them to NetSuite functionality.
• Assist with configuration of NetSuite modules and features based on project requirements.
• Support data preparation, validation, migration, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist in setting up workflows, roles, dashboards, saved searches, forms, and reports.
• Participate in requirement discussions and solution workshops with clients.

Functional Support & Troubleshooting

• Analyze functional issues reported by clients and identify the root cause.
• Perform configuration-level troubleshooting and propose solutions.
• Work with technical consultants/developers where scripting or customization is required.
• Support enhancement requests and change requests.
• Maintain issue logs and follow up on open items through resolution.

Testing & UAT

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with clients to validate business scenarios.
• Document test results, defects, and resolutions.
• Support regression testing after configuration changes or enhancements.

Documentation

• Prepare and maintain:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
  • Test scripts and UAT documents
  • User guides and process documentation
  • Issue and change logs
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is updated throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Client & Team Coordination

• Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding requirements, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and project management teams.
• Provide regular status updates to the project lead/manager.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in NetSuite , preferably in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• Basic to good understanding of NetSuite navigation, configuration, and standard functionality.
• Understanding of core ERP processes such as:
  • Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Record to Report (R2R)
  • Inventory Management
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Supply Chain (demand and Supply module)
  • Manufacturing/WIP/Routing
• Experience with NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, and workflows.
• Understanding of NetSuite data structures and standard records.
• Basic understanding of CSV imports and data migration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a consulting team.
• Willingness to participate in client meetings and learn new NetSuite modules/features.

Good to Have

• NetSuite certification such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator .
• Exposure to SuiteScript or understanding of technical customization.
• Exposure to NetSuite integrations / REST / SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Celigo or other integration platforms.
• Exposure to OneWorld, Multi-Book, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, or other advanced NetSuite features.
• Experience working on international implementations or multi-subsidiary environments.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
