Job summary

Sasken Silicon Technolgies is seeking a motivated Junior Firmware Engineer to join our embedded systems team in Ahmedabad. You will work on firmware for microcontroller-based products, develop and test software, and collaborate with hardware and QA teams.

The role requires a degree in electronics/related fields, 0–2 years of experience, strong C/C++ skills, microcontroller knowledge, and a keen problem-solving mindset. Night shift and full-time employment with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in firmware or embedded systems development.
• Strong knowledge of Embedded C/C++ programming.
• Understanding of microcontrollers, peripherals, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
