Job summary

Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of quality/manufacturing exposure may apply. You will maintain quality records, support NCR/CAPA/8D processes, and assist in audits while ensuring compliance with ISO/QMS standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods, and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of 7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, and 8D.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and finished products.
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.
• Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Handle NCR, CAPA, 8D, and other quality-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and maintain quality parameters, inspection gauges, and measuring instruments.
• Support internal and customer audits and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/QMS standards and company quality policies.
