Job summary

Sarvottam Polymers Pvt Ltd in Dadra invites a skilled maintenance engineer to lead mould assembly, dismantling and preventive maintenance on tooling lines. You will read engineering drawings, operate precision measuring instruments, and manage hydraulic, pneumatic and cooling systems.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and knowledge of ERP/MS Office; basic machining and fitting skills; and strong RCA capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Tool Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or Production Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of reading engineering drawings; familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; maintenance and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Mould assembly and dismantling and maintenance.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Reading engineering drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge).
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and cooling system.
• Basic machining and fitting.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• ERP/MS Office knowledge.

Job description
