Blockchain Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a blockchain engineer who can take projects from prototype to production. You will be a core contributor on our blockchain team, building smart contracts, designing tokenomics, and architecting decentralized systems that handle real economic value.

We’re looking for someone with

• Strong systems programming skills and a deep understanding of distributed systems
• Production experience building on at least one major blockchain platform
• Solid understanding of cryptographic primitives, consensus mechanisms, and security best practices
• Experience shipping and maintaining a production smart contract or dApp
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, research-driven environment
• Deep experience with Solidity, Rust (Substrate/ink!), or both
• Familiarity with multiple chains — Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, Hyperledger, Stellar
• Understanding of DeFi primitives (AMMs, lending protocols, staking mechanisms)
• Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for protocol design discussions
