Job Summary

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Jr. Associate (Operations Strategy) to join our team. If you have a passion for resource allocation, process improvement, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building client relations, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for all visiting clients. Understand and convey the essence and values of HB+ and HOP, ensuring clients receive a warm and informative welcome.
  • Inquiry and Booking Management: Efficiently handle client inquiries, provide comprehensive information about our services and facilities, and assist with booking sessions and scheduling personal training.
  • Membership Management: Manage all aspects of membership including registrations, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure a seamless experience for members during all administrative interactions.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle invoicing and process payments for services and memberships, both cash and online transactions, ensuring accuracy and security in all financial dealings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date member records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policies.
  • Operational Support: Manage the front desk operations, ensuring the reception area is organized and well-maintained. Assist in streamlining operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HB+ team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for process enhancements and member experience improvement.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Assist in promoting membership offers, special events, and other activities designed to engage and expand our client base. Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Event Management: Ideate and execute weekend events for clients, enhancing the community feel and engagement at HOP.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Qualification: Graduate Degree in BBA/BBM (Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Operations). Post Graduation preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative roles, or fitness industry preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive.
  • Familiarity with membership management systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in handling financial transactions and managing sensitive information.
