Qualifications

• 3-6 years of architectural Revit modeling/design experience.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in outsourcing/AEC firm preferred.
• High level of proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform designs into working construction documents.
• Ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Participate in schematic design and construction documentation.
• Maintain quality standards per office production standards.
• Detailing and Revit model maintenance using company standards.
• Support Project Architects, Project Managers, and Job Captains on multiple projects.

Title: Jr. Architect

Location: Pune, India

Role & Responsibilities

• Transform conceptual/schematic designs using Revit into working construction documents
• Be able to review drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, as well as perform routine drafting and technical tasks as required throughout the project duration
• Participate in the preparation of schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and any additional drawing, all detailing
• Maintain quality standards, format special requirements, etc. as mandated by office production standards

• Support Project Architects, Project Managers, Job Captains on multiple projects
• Assist with all other project related duties as needed
• Must be able to meet deadlines, communicate with the team and client and maintain excellent documentation

Ideal Candidates will have

• Required US/ UK/UAE architectural project experience.
