Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and GFC drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure statutory compliance and support the approval process.
• Monitor site execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Review materials, shop drawings, and finishes.
• Manage project timelines and BOQs and support budgeting activities.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
