Urgent hiring Experience Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily technical support for desktop, data, and server management. The Desktop Support Engineer will install and test desktop computer peripherals, make system changes in accordance with organizational policies, and conduct remote desktop troubleshooting for end-users while maintaining documentation of any issues. The candidate will also collaborate with other functional departments to maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily technical support for desktop, data, and server management
  2. Install and test desktop computer peripherals
  3. Make system changes in accordance with organizational policies
  4. Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting for end-users and maintain documentation of any issues
