Job summary

JPMorganChase in India is seeking a Controls Management Associate to join the Risk & Control team. The role involves acting as the first line of defense and independently supporting control management agendas across business lines, while advising senior management and ensuring governance and compliance standards are met.

The successful candidate will possess strong risk acumen, effective communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Cost Accounting / MBA (Finance) with 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience in Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Audits, Risk & Control Management, Governance & Compliance, Process Risk Reviews, etc.
• Working knowledge of Finance & Business Management functions.
• Hands-on experience of people and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and allied business intelligence tools.

Controls Management Associate:

As a Control Management Associate within the Control Management team, you will be responsible for acting as the first line of defense and independently supporting the business function on control management agendas.
