Overview

We’re looking for an experienced developer or team to create, build, and deploy a professional, high-performance website using Joomla. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Joomla’s capabilities and be able to deliver a project that meets our specific technical and quality requirements.

Project Requirements

• Platform: The website must be built using Joomla and deployed on an Ubuntu 22 LTS server with a Plesk control panel.
• Design & Functionality: The website must be fully responsive and optimized for all devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).
• You must use only free-to-use themes, templates, extensions, and plugins. No copyrighted or licensed materials should be used.
• All content, including text and images, must be unique and created by you. Do not use any AI-generated content or images.
• Performance: The website must achieve exceptional performance scores.
• Google PageSpeed Insights scores for Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO must be greater than 95% for both mobile and desktop.
• The First Contentful Paint (FCP) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) must be 2.5 seconds or less.
• The Speed Index must be 3 seconds or less to load.
• SEO: You will be responsible for both on-page and off-page SEO optimization to ensure the site is highly visible in search results.
• Post-Launch Support: The project includes 7 days of post-deployment support to address any issues or bugs that may arise after the site is live.
