Direct Marketing Channel
Designation: Sr. Relationship Manager/Executive Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
2. Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customers' requirements.
3. Self-source customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
4. Call customer leads when provided to fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
5. Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
6. Ensure that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.

Criteria Required:

1. Age Limit: 24 to 39 years.
2. Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
3. Experience of at least 6 months in Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
4. Local resident for some time; should have a natural market in that location.
5. 2-Wheeler/4-Wheeler must.
6. Android-based smartphone.
