Job Description

IncrivelSoft is seeking experienced Siebel CRM Developers with a strong background in the telecom industry. This role involves contributing to global Oracle projects for prominent telecom clients, including AT&T (US), KDDI (Japan), and ITC-Salam (Saudi Arabia).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Configure Siebel CRM Solutions: Specialize in telecom-related processes and requirements.
• Siebel Configuration Activities:
  • Account & Contact Management
  • Assistant Order Management and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
• Leverage modules such as:
  • Siebel Workforce Management
  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM)/Dealer Management
  • Field Service
  • BI Publisher for reporting.
• Version Expertise: Work with Siebel Version 20.xxxx or above, ensuring seamless performance and integration.
• RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery): Design and implement solutions (preferred skill).

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.
• Telecom Background: Proven experience in the telecom industry, ideally working on Siebel implementations for telecom companies.
• Technical Skills:
