Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an Oracle Siebel/Open UI Developer to design, develop, and support Siebel CRM applications for telecom business processes. You will work on order management, configurations, and integrations across Billing, Provisioning, and downstream systems.

The role requires strong Siebel/Open UI expertise, PL/SQL and exposure to Java/JSON API. 7 to 8 years of experience in a related field is preferred; working in Pune, India is expected.

• Secondary skills include PL/SQL.

Position Title: Oracle Siebel/Open UI Developer

Area: Development

Role Summary

Oracle Siebel / Open UI Developer to design, develop, and support Siebel CRM applications supporting core telecom business processes

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Siebel/Open UI including Siebel Communications (Comms) for order management.


• Configure Siebel Business Objects, Applets, Views, Screens, Workflows, and Business Services to meet functional requirements.


• Develop and maintain Siebel eScript, Siebel VBC (Virtual Business Components), and EAI integrations (EAI Siebel Adapter, Web Services, MQ).


• Work on Siebel Order Management, Configurator, and Product Administration for telecom offers, bundles, and service provisioning.


• Support integration between Siebel CRM and downstream systems Billing, Charging, Mediation, and Provisioning platforms.


• Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical design documentation for new CRs and enhancements.


• Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT cycles, and resolve defects within agreed SLAs.


• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes with minimal business disruption.


• Maintain technical documentation, configuration repositories, and deployment artifacts.
