Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and review legal agreements including contracts, licensing and NDAs.
• Assist in managing litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
• Respond to legal notices and regulatory queries.
• Conduct legal research on media laws, IPR, labour regulations and compliance.
• Maintain legal records, contract trackers, and litigation logs with audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
• Contribute to drafting internal policies (Code of Conduct, POSH, Employment Policies, SOPs).
• Support due diligence for investments, mergers, and business structuring.

About the Opportunity

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. (Mandatory) from a recognised university.
• 1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience in the legal field.
• Freshers with exceptional qualifications may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, document review, and compliance.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with MCA Portal and legal databases (e.g., SCC, Manupatra) is desirable.
• Qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) will be an added advantage.
