ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Position: Associate – Litigation Team
Experience: 4–10 years
Location: Gurgaon

K&S Partners is looking to hire an Associate for its Litigation Team at its Gurgaon office.

Experience Required:

• Experience in IP litigation with recognised IP law firms and boutiques in NCR.
• Exposure to trademark litigation before District Courts and High Courts.
• Experience in drafting pleadings, legal notices, evidence affidavits, written submissions and client correspondence.

Academic Credentials:

• Graduate from a reputed law school.
• Consistent and strong academic record.

Internship Profile:

• Minimum 5 internships during law school.
• At least 2 internships in the IP domain, preferably with leading IP firms.

Communication & Writing:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues.

Publications:

Candidates should have authored or co-authored articles published in legal journals, industry publications, reputed blogs, newsletters or similar platforms.
