Katcheri is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate in New Delhi. This role offers extensive exposure to civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, and commercial advisory work. As a Litigation Associate, you will work closely with diverse legal matters across multiple forums in Delhi NCR and engage directly in court appearances.

The ideal candidate will have an LL.B. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills are essential. This position provides opportunities for professional growth through hands-on experience in high-value legal assignments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
• Prior litigation experience across Delhi NCR preferred.

The selected candidate will work closely on diverse legal matters across multiple forums in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other legal forums across Delhi NCR
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, agreements, and legal opinions
• Assist in litigation strategy, arbitration matters, and client advisory work
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Coordinate with clients and manage professional communications
• Support dispute resolution and commercial advisory assignments
• Handle court procedures, filings, and regular appearances

Eligibility & Preference

• LL.B. degree from a reputed university with a strong academic record
• 3–5 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation
• Prior litigation experience across Delhi NCR preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced litigation environment
• Willingness to actively engage in court appearances and procedural work
