• Experience in court appearances across Delhi NCR is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and legal submissions.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Independently handle consumer, RERA, and civil litigation matters.
• Appear before courts and judicial forums across Delhi NCR.
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular case updates.
• Assist in litigation strategy and case management.
