Job summary

The incumbent will perform daily CMM inspections, contour and roughness tests, part layout checks, and SAP-based calibration updates, contributing to Kaizens and continual improvements in quality processes.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering with relevant experience
• Total experience: BE 1-3 years; Diploma 2-5 years
• Knowledge of inspection, drawing reading, and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Daily CMM inspection of all parts as per PCP
• Daily contour, roughness tester, VMS inspection of parts
• Perform Millipore tests as per plan
• Collection of gauges for calibration as per plan
• Service entry, calibration status updating in SAP
• Internal gauge calibration as per plan
• Involvement in MSA studies as per plan
• Part layout inspections and closure of NCs
• Proper handling and preservation of gauges
• Monthly Kaizens towards continual improvement

Hands on experience of all types of in instruments/equipment’s

Daily CMM Inspection of all parts as per PCP
