Position: Order Processor

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Enter order details into company systems, ensuring pricing, quantity, and delivery information accuracy.
• Check product availability, coordinate with warehouse teams, and update stock levels.
• Arrange shipments, generate shipping labels, and track deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries, update order status, and handle order modifications or cancellations.
• Address discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods by working with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and shipping details for audit and reference.
• Ensure all orders comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Identify and suggest ways to enhance efficiency in order processing and customer service.

Requirements
