Job summary

Spot In Job Consultancy is seeking an Architect to translate client requirements into precise 2D drawings, floor plans, and architectural layouts using AutoCAD. You will develop 3D models and realistic renders with SketchUp and Lumion, and prepare professional presentation boards with InDesign.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams, create design proposals, edit drawings with Photoshop, and ensure drawings meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop & InDesign.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and design principles.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of previous work required.
