Salary: As per industry standards + Reimbursements + Incentives

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Achieve Life Insurance sales targets through:
   
   1. Recruiting agents
   2. Training and developing agents on a commission basis
   3. Supervising the activity plan of all agents to ensure target fulfillment
2. Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System
3. Promote and motivate agents for the Career Progression Program to encourage them to join the organization
4. Promote the use of the Agent Portal CRM for customer management and cross-selling of products

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales
