About the Role – Associate Information Security

As an Associate in Information Security at Jio, you will be embedded within the enterprise cybersecurity division. Your primary focus will be on monitoring digital assets, detecting potential threats, responding to security incidents, and ensuring organizational compliance with global security standards. Key Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring – Continuously monitor security dashboards, SIEM tools, and alert systems to identify anomalies and suspicious activities across Jio's network.
• Incident Response – Participate in first-response activities during security breaches, assist in containment and remediation, and document incident timelines.
• Threat Detection & Analysis – Analyze threat intelligence feeds, investigate malware indicators, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to proactive threat hunting.
• Vulnerability Management – Conduct vulnerability scans, assess risk severity, coordinate remediation with engineering teams, and track patching compliance.
• Compliance & Auditing – Support internal security audits, maintain documentation for compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2), and enforce access control policies.
