At Sarvi Creation, we work with gemstones and develop jewellery collections for international markets. We’re looking for someone who understands jewellery, keeps up with market trends, and knows how to turn a good idea into a product that sells.

This role is for someone who enjoys working with gemstones, developing new designs and building collections — not just following up on orders.

What you'll do

• Develop new jewellery collections using our available gemstone inventory.
• Research jewellery trends, retail websites, brands and TV shopping channels to identify new ideas.
• Work with our design and CAD teams to develop designs and take them through sampling.
• Calculate product costs, including gemstones, metal weight, labour, setting and finishing.
• Develop matching sets and variations within a collection.
• Identify suitable designs, target customers and selling price points.
• Help prepare collections and presentations for international buyers and exhibitions.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in jewellery merchandising, product development or buying.

Salary - 30,000-50,000 per month. (negotiable)
