Job Description:-

1. Maintain PC hardware

2. Maintain desktop & thin client OS

3. Maintain wired & wireless LAN

4. Call logging & information gathering

5. Provide technical support remotely, on telephone and also on email requests from users for all hardware, software and associated peripherals

6. Ensure the company`s Support Desk software is utilized correctly

7. Support and troubleshoot OS and standard IT applications, LAN and WAN connectivity and HW issues related to PCs and smart phones

8. Maintain Log sheet in given format of all cases handled on day basis
