Rao IIT & Medical seeks a part-time JEE/NEET tutor for on-site home tuition in Mumbai. You will design and deliver subject-specific lessons, adapt to each student’s learning pace, and monitor progress to improve performance. Strong command of physics, chemistry, math, or biology is essential.

You will plan personalized study plans, provide regular feedback, and align sessions with Rao IIT & Medical’s standards while traveling to students’ homes around Mumbai.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Medicine, Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai for home tuition sessions and maintain part-time schedules.

Role Description

The JEE & NEET Faculties (One-to-One Home Tuition Coaching – Mumbai) role is a part-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, providing individualized home tuition to students preparing for JEE and NEET examinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering subject-specific lessons (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Biology), clarifying concepts, solving doubts, and guiding students through problem-solving and exam-focused practice. Faculty members will assess student performance, design personalized study plans, and provide regular feedback to learners and, where appropriate, to parents or guardians. The role also involves aligning teaching with Rao IIT & Medical’s academic standards, maintaining punctuality and professionalism during home visits, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in one or more of: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for JEE and NEET-level coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to teach concepts clearly, guide problem-solving, and prepare students for competitive exams through structured lesson planning.
• Experience in one-to-one or small-group tutoring, with skills in student engagement, doubt clearing, and performance tracking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered approach and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Prior experience coaching JEE or NEET aspirants and familiarity with current exam patterns, syllabus, and question trends.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Medicine, Science, or related field); strong academic record is preferred.
• Ability to travel within Mumbai for home tuition sessions and manage part-time schedules reliably and professionally.
