Join us as an IT Support Engineer and become a part of our IT support team who are primarily responsible for providing IT support to our internal employees. The suitable candidate is expected to provide IT support like Desktop Management, Laptop Maintenance, Network, Storage and Server Management, and all other related IT tasks through Service Desk.

As a part of our IT support team, you will be responsible for handling and managing IT support tickets, help our internal stakeholders to resolve their reported issues timely within the defined SLAs, procuring new systems, and managing the entire IT Infrastructure (i.e., Network devices, Internet Bandwidth monitoring and managing, Firewall management, Wi-Fi management, etc.).

Job Role:
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as multiple outside IT service providers.

Provide help desk and technical services assistance to on-premises and remote employees.

Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.

Conducting regular system audits.

Have knowledge, installation, upgrade, troubleshooting about Windows/Linux/Mac Operating system.

Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking

problems to help minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.

Manage, installation, configuration of Network devices such as Firewall, Switches, Access points, etc.

Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Email account administration, i.e., account creation and management and distribution lists.

Maintaining/monitoring of IT Infrastructure, Backups, Anti-virus, Compliance / Patch management, Storage, Systems.

Requirements

The suitable candidate should have:
Excellent English Communication skills,

Ability to multitask,

Should be able to manage time to be able to prioritize critical to low priority tasks accordingly.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with network administration, and network installation.

Experience in configuration and management of Firewall, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, FTP, Access Points (Wi-Fi) etc.

Proficiency in computer hardware / software, OS, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.

Providing end user support, troubleshoot, diagnose/fix hardware and/or software and/or Operating system problems, and assisting in workstation support.
