Job summary

RST Solutions in Noida is seeking a Senior JD Edwards CNC Architect & Practice Lead to design and deliver complex CNC environments across on‑premise, cloud and hybrid deployments.

You will lead installations, upgrades, migrations and establish a CNC Center of Excellence, mentoring teams, defining delivery standards, and guiding presales, architecture and solution delivery across customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on JDE CNC architecture and engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration and environment setup across Development, DV, PY, Test and Production.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale upgrades, migrations and technology modernization.
• Experience building a CNC Center of Excellence and driving governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environments for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid deployments.
• Lead installation and configuration of JDE EnterpriseOne environments across development, test, DV, PY, production, and other lifecycle environments.
• Architect and implement JDE servers and infrastructure, including Enterprise Servers, HTML/Web Servers, Deployment Servers, Database Servers, AIS Servers, and related components.
• Lead 32-bit to 64-bit conversions and associated platform and technology migrations.
• Architect and execute JDE upgrades across multiple EnterpriseOne releases and technology stacks.
• Lead platform migrations, server migrations, database migrations, and operating-system upgrades.
• Design scalable and highly available JDE environments based on customer business and technical requirements.
• Develop CNC architecture standards, installation methodologies, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Establish and lead the offshore JDE CNC Center of Excellence.
• Build the CNC team and define technical roles and career paths.
• Mentor and develop senior and junior CNC resources.
• Establish CNC delivery standards, methodologies, checklists, and best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews and architecture assessments.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple customer engagements.
• Develop reusable CNC tools, scripts, accelerators, and automation.
• Define managed-services delivery models for JDE CNC.
• Support presales activities, proposals, estimates, SOWs, and solution architecture.
• Participate in customer discussions and serve as a senior technical advisor.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Architecture and Engineering.
• Proven experience in 32-bit to 64-bit conversion, JDE upgrades, platform migrations and technology modernization.
• Hands‑on experience in JDE installation, configuration and environment setup across Development, DV, PY, Test and Production.
• Expertise in Enterprise Server, HTML/Web Server, Deployment Server, Database Server, AIS Server and Middleware.
• Experience in server, database and operating system migrations, performance tuning and high‑availability architecture.
• Exposure to on‑premise, cloud and hybrid JDE environments.
• Proven capability to lead complex technical transformations end to end, including planning, execution, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Experience in building and leading a JDE CNC practice / Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Strong team leadership, mentoring, technical governance and architecture standards development.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture, effort estimation, proposals, SOWs and managed services.
• Ability to develop CNC automation, reusable scripts, accelerators and delivery methodologies.

Preferred Profile: A hands‑on technical architect and practice leader with proven ownership of large-scale JDE CNC upgrades, migrations and infrastructure transformations—not limited to routine production support.

The individual should be capable of owning these initiatives from architecture and planning through execution, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
