Jio in Indore is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive sales targets, optimize the cost and productivity of the Jio Centre, and ensure smooth day-to-day administration and compliance.

The role requires 10–14 years of progressive experience, a graduation and preferably MBA, with strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to coach the team and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is required; MBA or PG preferred.
• 10–14 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Optimize cost and productivity of the Jio Centre.
