Mployee.me is seeking a Java Technical Project Manager for an immediate joiner in Mumbai. You will lead end-to-end Java-based applications, drive delivery, and mentor teams focusing on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will define roadmaps, drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage timelines and risks, and ensure secure, scalable deployments with a focus on quality and timely releases.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of IT experience with project management exposure.
• Experience delivering Java-based enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with cloud and DevOps practices is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Java technologies and proven experience in project delivery, team management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Java-based application development projects.
• Lead and mentor development teams working on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project roadmaps.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and release management.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, security, and performance guidelines.
• Provide regular project status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support production deployments and resolve critical project escalations.
