Job description

Our Client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Microservices-based projects.

The ideal candidate should have 810 years of overall IT experience, including minimum 24 years of mandatory banking domain experience and at least 2 years of team-handling experience.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 810 developers and testers, driving project execution, interacting with clients, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Java/J2EE and Microservices projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of 810 developers and testers.
• Plan, prioritize, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure timely project execution.
• Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve project-related concerns.
• Perform effort estimation, resource planning, and project scheduling.
• Review technical documents, project deliverables, and implementation approaches.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive them to resolution.
