Our Client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Microservices-based projects.
The ideal candidate should have 810 years of overall IT experience, including minimum 24 years of mandatory banking domain experience and at least 2 years of team-handling experience.
The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 810 developers and testers, driving project execution, interacting with clients, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Java/J2EE and Microservices projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of 810 developers and testers.
- Plan, prioritize, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure timely project execution.
- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve project-related concerns.
- Perform effort estimation, resource planning, and project scheduling.
- Review technical documents, project deliverables, and implementation approaches.
- Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality.
- Coordinate with development, testing, business, and client teams.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive them to resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and technical standards.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team wherever required.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Support API integration and web-service-based implementations.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
