• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern software development practices.
• Drive innovation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing, and Intelligent Automation.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve business processes, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, security policies, and quality best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures using design patterns and microservices principles.
