About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet business needs. Collaborating across teams, you will contribute to system design, ensure code quality through testing and automation, and support the delivery of reliable systems that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable applications using Java (8+).
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate on technical designs, architecture, and best practices.
• Write automated tests for unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Work with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB for data management.
• Contribute to continuous integration/delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.
• Support containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to foster growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java development with AWS.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with full-stack development, MVC frameworks, and REST API design.
• Familiarity with Kafka or messaging systems.
• Experience in test automation and continuous integration.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS or Azure).
• Knowledge of security best practices for APIs and data handling.

Qualifications
