Job summary

Prishatech India Opc is seeking an experienced Java/J2EE professional in Bengaluru to lead development of large Java/J2EE applications. The role requires deep expertise in core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, and frontend technologies, with strong debugging and analysis skills.

The candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience, familiarity with SDLC and release management, and the ability to mentor teammates. Banking domain exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in development of large Java/J2EE applications.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and support processes including incident management and problem management.
• Sun/Oracle Certified Java/J2EE expert.
• ITIL certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in debugging, impact analysis and root cause analysis.
• Experience in requirement analysis and design.
• Knowledge of change and release management.
• Extensive experience in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.
• Strong OO design and development knowledge in J2EE and data architectures.
• Experience with design patterns.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Banking domain experience preferred but not mandatory.
