Job summary

CSM Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a hands-on Java Technical Lead who will also mentor a team of developers. You will drive architecture and implementation using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Angular, REST APIs, and microservices, while leading delivery and code reviews.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and software quality. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions from design to release.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and Angular.
• Experience with Jenkins/TeamCity, GitLab, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software design, debugging, and SDLC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
