Key Responsibilities

• Execute design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and business standards.
• Design and code a variety of complex software features with adequate documentation.
• Write automation for new and existing features.
• Provide customer support, troubleshoot and fix difficult software problems, and proactively communicate development status and delays.
• Interface with global teams for requirements analysis and scheduling.
• Interface with external customers regarding software issues.
• Travel to onsite locations for short‑term assignments such as feature integrations and version installations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with a Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical background and 7–10 years of experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in software development with exposure to maintenance, continuous integration, and releases.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in core product software development.
• Strong object‑oriented design and programming experience.
• Professional experience with core Java technologies (design patterns, multithreading, data structures, algorithms).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of best practices and integration across areas.
