As a Java Spring Boot Developer supporting NovoTree Minds Consulting Private Limited on an on-site professional basis in Bengaluru (operating Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays, with immediate joiners or candidates on up to 30 days notice preferred), you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of backend architecture, API implementation, database optimization, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications utilizing Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA, building secure RESTful APIs and distributed microservices architectures, managing relational database interactions and complex SQL queries, participating in a mandatory face-to-face (F2F) interview process, collaborating proactively with product managers, QA specialists, and frontend teams during agile sprint cycles, and interacting directly with talent acquisition consultants like Akhilesh Bhandary. Key Responsibilities:
