Job summary

Webknot Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is offering a Backend Internship focused on building scalable Java/Spring Boot services. You will design and consume RESTful APIs, work with microservices, and implement validation, logging, and error handling.

You'll gain hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL), messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, and CI/CD, while following Agile practices and doing code reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong Core Java and Java 8+ knowledge
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, Collections, exception handling, multithreading, Streams, and Lambda expressions
• Knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, HTTP methods, and basic microservices
• Good SQL and database fundamentals with familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, JUnit, and Mockito

Responsibilities

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
