Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai invites candidates for a WALK IN DRIVE to join as full-stack developers. Qualifications

• Experience with Java/J2EE and Spring framework.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle SQL PL/SQL and SQL scripting.
• Ability to build Linux shell scripts.
• Version control with Git/SVN and basic CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Capable of working on both front-end and back-end development processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-fledged platforms with databases or servers integrated with JAVA/J2EE components including Spring, Microservices, HTML, CSS, REACT JS, NODE JS.
• Experience with Oracle SQL PL/SQL and SQL Script programming.
• Competency in Oracle SQL; develop Stored Procedures/Packages/Functions.
• Experience building Linux shell scripts and using code repositories.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Capable of working on both front-end and back-end development processes

Design, develop, and maintain full-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers integrated with JAVA / J2EE based application components including frameworks, JavaBeans, Spring, Microservices, HTML, CSS, REACT JS, NODE JS

Experience with Oracle SQL PL/SQL and SQL Script programming.

Competency in Oracle to work with SQL and develop Stored Procedures, Packages and Functions. Understanding of good RDBMS practices.

Ability to build Linux shell scripts

Expertise with code repositories and code management (Git, SVN, etc.)

Experience with Message Queue

Cloud and Agile based development experience a plus

Develop webservices and integrate them with Angular UI Code base.

Financial Services experience, especially in Securities Settlement, an added advantage

Ability to multi-task and to take the initiative when needed
