Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune and Mumbai is seeking a Java Lead to drive enterprise Java applications using Java EE, Spring, Hibernate and related frameworks. The role requires hands-on skills across front-end (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React) and back-end (Core Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Oracle DB) with 8–12 years of experience.

You will design, develop and troubleshoot high-performance, scalable Java applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture

Qualifications

• Must have Java EE platforms experience with JPA2, Hibernate, Spring, MVC and Struts2 and microservices.
• Hands-on development of Java and Spring Boot based applications for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Proven hands-on software development experience in Java.
• Design and develop applications using Java EE platforms and ORM technologies.
• Experiment and implement solutions with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Develop web applications using Spring MVC and Struts2; troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• 1. Proven hands-on Software Development experience. Proven working experience in Java development.
• 2. Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• 3. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate). Experience in the Spring Framework.
• 4. Experience in the Spring Boot. Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring MVC,struts2)
• 5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications.
