Senior Architect

Role Description

15+ years of experience in Designing, developing, and overseeing scalable, experience with Java and frameworks like Spring, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, leading development teams.

• Architect end-to-end Java-based solutions for core banking, digital channels, and payment systems.
• Design APIs and middleware for seamless integration with legacy systems, fintech platforms, and third-party services
• Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and compliance teams to align technology with business goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
