Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend architectures
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient ETL pipelines using tools like Airbyte and Airflow
• Work with large datasets, ensuring performance and reliability at scale
• Write optimised SQL queries for complex data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure data availability and integrity
• Monitor and improve data quality, pipeline performance, and overall infrastructure health
• Build JSON controlled UI architecture

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Java
• (Preferred) Prior experience in large-scale web/API scraping using proxies and rotating IPs
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and distributed systems
• Proficient in SQL - ability to write and optimise complex queries
• Hunger to learn and solve tough, ambiguous data problems in a fast-paced startup environment
