Job summary

Monocept is seeking a Senior Tech Lead – Java to drive architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications in Gurgaon, India. You will lead a team of engineers, shape technical direction, and ensure delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Java experience, deep knowledge of cloud-native patterns, RESTful APIs, and modern DevOps tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Deep understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
